The New OE

Martin is a co-editor (with Dr Helen Francis and Linda Holbeche) of a new CIPD commissioned textbook, which explores the ‘New OE’ – a re-imagining of Organisational Effectiveness. Due for release in late 2011/early 2012, this book brings together leading academics and practitioners and features a wide variety of case studies to illustrate the new ideas.
