A New Agenda for Organisational Effectiveness (New OE) - 06/09/2011
Martin is a co-editor (with Dr Helen Francis and Linda Holbeche) of a new CIPD commissioned textbook, which explores ‘New OE’ – a re-imagining of Organisational Effectiveness. Due for release in late 2011/early 2012, this book brings together leading academics and practitioners and features a wide variety of case studies to illustrate the new ideas. Martin and Dr Helen Francis are deploying a new and compelling approach to defining and measuring the Employment Value Proposition in a range of organisations.
