MASTER CLASSES
The MRA master classes and workshops address the key elements involved in transforming HR, underpinned by e-HR. Although e-HR is still a relatively new phenomenon, there is now enough accumulated experience for organisations embarking on this journey to benefit from the experiences of others. At this stage of its development and operation there are clearly proven methods of assuring success and, conversely, demonstrated recipes for failure.
This master classes and workshops have been designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to quantify the costs, potential benefits and returns on investment associated with HR transformation in any organisation. Further, they provide valuable insights into successful implementation approaches for the people, technology and process elements of transformation.
