Doctoral Research into e-HR
Martin Reddington has been awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration by Bournemouth University. His research examines how managers perceive e-HR in three global organizations and adopts qualitative and quantitative techniques, combining manager surveys with in-depth interviews. His thesis has been judged to have made a theoretical contribution to e-HR and also to have had a demonstrable impact on HR practice.
